Ontario Book Bloggers Meet-Up Returns

After months and months and months of waiting — it was finally time for this year’s Ontario Book Blogger meet-up.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is the biggest thing to happen to book bloggers since the end of the Harry Potter series. Last year, the Ontario Blog Squad held its very first book bloggers event and that was lots of fun — but this year, the squad pulled out all the stops.

Taking a cue from survey results, they picked a massive venue with a great view of Toronto’s Harbourfront. I especially loved that it looks like a pirate ship on the inside. And I was seated at a table of amazing bloggers:

Kaley @ Books Etc.
Dee @ Editorial Eyes
Natalie @ Browsing Bookshelves
Anum @ Paper Wings and Ink.

We even got  a chance to chat informally with guest authors who shared their writing tips, promoted their new releases and autographed their books…

Oh and did I mention they secured us some great swag? Here’s a sneak peek at some of the books we received – the rest to come tomorrow.

Big round of applause for the Ontario Blog Squad for all the hard work that went into organizing yet another awesome Book Blogger Meet-Up!
